How much does it cost?
You have two options according to your circumstances and requirements:

Option 1 – The Basic Package.

This package includes all 9 booklets plus other resources, including a relaxation disk and timer for a one off payment of £95

Option 2 – The Combined Package

This pack includes all of the resources of Option 1 with the addition of 10 one-to-one personal support and guidance calls from Dr Carole Sutton for a one off payment
of £195.
